CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspects responsible for an armed robbery at a north Charlotte gas station last week.
According to CMPD, officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the Express Stop No. 2 in the 2900 block of Gibbon Road just before 7 a.m. on Friday, April 6. When officers arrived, the victim told them two black males entered the store and robbed him at gunpoint.
Police say both suspects pulled out semi-automatic handguns that appeared to have lasers attached to them. After the robbery, both suspects ran from the store on foot in an unknown direction.
