The Flats at Mallard Creek apartment complex reportedly uses the bus to shuttle UNCC students to and from campus.

Billy Peterson works with the property management company at the Flats. He says the busses are used to transport UNCC students to and from campus.

“It’s definitely scary,” Peterson said. “Our first instinct, of course, is to make sure everybody gets off safely. Our goal is always to ensure quality and safety for our residents.”
