Prime time tailgating recipes

BBQ instructor Jack Arnold shows us how to make tailgating a high-end experience.

  1. 6oz Maine lobster tails from our friends at Lobster Anywhere in MA. Simply grill at 425 degrees for 10 minutes with a hint of seasoning and lemon juice!
  2. Teriyaki Wagyu Filet bites with sesame and green onion: Grill steak nuggets for 12 minutes at 400 degrees over charcoal. Toss in teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds and fresh chopped green onions. Let rest for five minutes before serving.
  3. All American Wagyu Cheeseburgers with ketchup mustard and pickles: Grill at 400 degrees over charcoal. 8oz will take 15 minutes flipping burger on grill only once.
