You can ride to Salute Our Troops

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- You can ride to Salute Our Troops!

Kangaroo Express, is once again making it possible to honor the military this summer through its fourth-annual SALUTE OUR TROOPS fundraising campaign.

Motorcycle riders can register at the Kangaroo Express at 9620 Rea Road in Charlotte starting at 8 a.m. with kickstands up at 9 a.m.

There will be free t-shirts, custom SALUTE OUR TROOPS patches and more for the first 50 riders to register at the starting location.

You can also meet and hear from military support organization representatives and be part of the Finale celebration.

Donation at the time of registration is $20 for riders and $10 for non-riders. Donations will directly support the Fisher House Foundation, American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces, the United States Veterans Corps, the USO of North Carolinaand the Soldiers and Airmen Assistance Fund in North Carolina.

Donations will support the Fisher House Foundation, American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces and seven state-based military support organizations, providing assistance to military personnel and their families.

Our guests on Larry's Look today were here to talk about the campaign. We were joined by the President of the USO of North Carolina, John Falkenbury and Austin McCrary, who is in the Army National Guard and is the driver of the Salute Our Troops Red Bull Global Rallycross Pace Car.
