Maroon 5 announces 'exclusive' Charlotte concert this summer

The show is part of a limited series of East Coast performances that coincide with Maroon 5's Las Vegas residency.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Grammy Award-winning band Maroon 5 announced Monday that it will perform an exclusive concert in Charlotte this summer as the band prepares for its Las Vegas residency. 

Led by Adam Levine, Maroon 5 will perform all of their biggest hits, including "She Will Be Loved," "Moves Like Jagger," and "This Love," which just reached 1 billion streams on Spotify. It was the band's 10th song to join the "Billions Club."

Maroon 5 will perform at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte on Thursday, June 27. Tickets for the concert will be available starting with Citi presale on Tuesday, April 9 at 12 p.m. ET. General on-sale begins Friday, April 12 at 10 a.m. on the band's website. Maren Morris will serve as the opening act for the show. 

The show is part of a series of East Coast performances that coincide with the band's residency run in Las Vegas. They're also headlining Milwaukee's Summerfest and Ottawa Bluesfest. 

Maroon 5's Las Vegas residency will begin next month at Park MGM. The band will perform 16 times in conjunction with Live Nation and MGM Resorts. 

Maroon 5 has 32 Billboard Hot 100 singles since their first release in 2022. Of those, 26 hit the Top 50 with 10 Top 5 singles. "Moves Like Jagger" was announced as the No. 2 most downloaded song of all-time in January of 2023.
