"12 Days of Christmas" Workout finale... with Meghan Trainor

Motivational Fitness Coach, Meghan Trainor shares last four days of the "12 Days of Christmas" workout

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Today we concluded our workout moves inspired by the "12 Days of Christmas" song.  Helping us countdown the days to Christmas: Motivational Fitness Trainer, Meghan Trainor.  

"This is a great way to get your body moving for the holidays" says Trainor.

Below are the exercises for days 4 through Christmas:

4 Calling Birds:  Exercise Move: bird Dogs

3 French Hens:   Exercise Move: 3 French Presses

2 Turtle Doves:    Exercise Move: 2 bear hold knee touches

A Partridge in a Pear Tree: Exercise Move: curtsey lunges
