E-2-M – short for Eager to Motivate has helped thousands of people across the country lose weight and change their lives. And it was founded right here in Charlotte. Here with more is founder, Jeff Witherspoon. “After seeing how well fitness allowed me to be able to handle high levels of stress in the military, I began encouraging other soldiers to work out to help with PTSD, day-to-day stressors, as well as, their overall health and fitness” says Witherspoon. He adds “Helping others through health, fitness, and wellness sparked my desire to become a personal trainer to provide accurate and factual advice to anyone wanting to improve their fitness level; hence, Eager 2 Motivate Fitness was born.” Eager 2 Motivate Fitness (E2M Fitness) is an eight-week, virtual weight loss-based program that helps adults develop the discipline to create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
It is a comprehensive program. E2M Fitness provides you with workouts and meal plans that change weekly. The workouts are designed to work for and challenge all fitness levels—even those limited with exercise—and can be done at home or in the gym whenever it is convenient for you with a set of dumbbells. The meal plan is supplement-free and consists of whole food options to choose from to create each meal. Weekly live cooking classes will help you with meal ideas for the week. The brand also features the Eager 2 Cook cookbook series with easy-to-follow supplement-free recipes that help clients gain maximum nutrition through lean proteins, vegetables and healthy fats. “We’ve seen many people change the look of their bodies and many have gotten their lives back and are no longer are on prescription medicines” says Witherspoon. All are welcome to join the classes. Follow on Facebook or visit E2MFitness.com
