Fall Shoe Trends for Women and Men

Fall shoes that are stylish and comfortable

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — We're heading into Fall, which means new trends in fashion.

Today we had Hade E Robinson joining us with the best shoe trends for your fall looks!  “Beyond Fall's standard essentials, we’re looking to add some style to your Fall closet”  says Robinson.

What’s trending now, are shoes that include The Flat , The Kitten heel, The Chucky Loafer, The Boot short & Tall and / The Chelsea Boot & Lace up Oxford for men. He adds “you cannot go wrong... by investing in any pair of shoes be it boot or shoe that favor these styles.”  The upcoming Fall footwear trends span sneakers, fuzzy textures, and also worth noting, brown is the hot color for the Fall.

Here’s what you can expect to see strutting around now.

Mary Jane Flats -  Mary Jane flats are no longer elementary-exclusive. The feminine shoe is dainty, like a ballet flat, but much sturdier and more supportive on sensitive soles and come in embellishments. They can be styled casually with wide-leg jeans or styled with a dress.

Square Toes -  The fall 2024 runways were full of square-toe footwear, from ankle boots and platforms to studded pumps. It's quite a departure from the razor sharp pointy sling backs and pumps we've seen over the past few seasons. Square toes are in style.

Boots & Over the knee - Boots in the fall are a must and they are  timeless.  Add this in your collection and you will not be disappointed.

Kitten Heel - kitten heels were considered questionable at one point style that didn’t make much sense due to such a small, petite and tiny elevation. However, in a post-pandemic fashion world, this specific shoe style seems like the perfect fit: It's just able to meet the demands of dressing up without giving up comfort or walkability.

Chunk Loafer – the chunky loafer is bold and beautiful.  Pair your chunky loafers with high-waisted, wide-leg jeans and a tucked-in graphic tee or throw on a leather jacket if you are feeling sharp and edgy.  They can be paired with jeans , tailored trousers and pleated skirts.

Chelsea Boot  - a timeless classic Chelsea boot classic silhouette and stacked heel pairs well with your favorite fits.

Lace up Oxford  – a shoe that has never gone out of style.  Dress your shoe up or down, you won’t have to sacrifice comfort for these trendy shoes.
