One basket features all the ingredients you’ll need for those who like to cook from scratch. Another basket features ready-to-bake options for those who want to set the table in a pinch. Both of these baskets include both a turkey and a ham and feed 8-10 people and are available at a price lower than last year.
The Cook-from-Scratch Basket – this basket has 30 items for about only $8.50 per person this includes your turkey for under a dollar a pound –an unbeatable deal! It also has seasonal vegetables like sweet potatoes, celery and onions—many sourced from local farmers— so that you can create your favorite sides like stuffing and green bean casserole. This basket does not skimp on dessert either with ingredients like canned pumpkin and whipped topping for homemade pumpkin pie.
The Convenience Basket are for customers looking to simplify the cooking. Walmart’s convenience basket is filled with 21 family favorites like turkey, spiral ham, stove top stuffing and Bob Evans Mac and Cheese. It also includes Campbell’s mushroom soup, Del Monte green beans, Heinz’s homestyle gravy and French’s fried onions to help simplify those side dishes. The Small Gathering Basket are for those of you who may be planning a less than larger gathering.
