Cheerwine ice cream recipe:
7 egg yolks
2 cups heavy cream
12 oz. of Cheerwine
1/2 cup of sugar
In a sauce pan, bring heavy cream and Cheerwine to a simmer.
In a medium mixing bowl, add egg yolks and sugar. Mix until combined. Add Cheerwine mixture slowly into egg mixture, whisking until blended. Pour mixture back into sauce pan and stir until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Transfer mixture into bowl until cooled down and freeze in an ice cream maker.
