The 57th annual Southern Christmas Show officially kicked off Thursday in the Queen City. There are more than 400 vendors on top of other entertainment at the annual event.
Vendors come from all over the region to set up Santa's shop and many are local to the Charlotte area. From Christmas gifts to décor and boutique shopping, guests can easily spend an entire day just on shopping. The show spans the equivalent of over 11 football fields.
The show is happening at the Park Expo and Conference Center, which is located at 800 Briar Creek Road in southeast Charlotte.
This year, the show will run from Nov. 14 to Nov. 24. Hours for this North Pole experience are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
