CHARLOTTE, N.C. — In the kitchen this Friday, we were joined by Chef Shonali Thomas co-owner of 'Corks..Ccooks...and Books'.
Serving up pork belly sliders. “I love having pork on our menu especially these sliders” says Chef Thomas. She adds “we want to mention that we are going through a name change and a rebrand. We will no longer be known as Corks Cooks and Books because many people were mistaking us for a book store. We are not a bookstore but a full blown restaurant , wine bistro that has book if you’re interested. We will be known as CCB Bistro & Vine to fully illustrate who we are.”
CCB Bistro and Vine will offer a variety of tasty dishes and treats to pair with your wine, craft beer, or craft soda.
For those with gluten sensitivities, ask about our wide array of delicious gluten-free options. Don’t forget to check back often for new menu and drink options as they like to change the menu frequently to keep things fresh and exciting! They will still have live music, Book Clubs and Wine Clubs and special events. They will also still have the intimate boutique and feel and the patio is available for more dinning and fellowship.
Come on in and grab a drink, a bite, and a good read!
