Savor Charlotte runs through March 26th

Salted Melon is participating in Savor Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Savor Charlotte is happening now through march 26th.

It’s an opportunity to be a part of culinary experiences across the state. On Charlotte Today, Salted Melon's Executive Chef, Andres Moncayo joined us, to tell us more about Savor Charlotte.

Dining in Charlotte is so much more than just having a meal—it's an experience curated by our city's culinary artists. There are 80+ restaurants and breweries participating.

Savor Charlotte celebrates that experience by breaking the mold of the traditional week-long restaurant event focused only on deep discounts and hard-to-get reservations. Savor Charlotte offers two weeks of special offers, exclusive menus and hands-on classes.

Savor Charlotte acts as a megaphone for Charlotte’s culinary community to tell their story the way they want to tell it. There is no one size fits all. Instead, restaurateurs, food truck entrepreneurs, chefs, bakers, bartenders and beyond are invited to participate in a way that puts their culinary artistry front and center.

Each category of Savor Charlotte – Special Offers, Exclusive Menus, Hands-On Events – offers participants a chance to connect with guests, giving them a true taste of the food-and-drink craft.  For full details, visit savorcharlotte.com
