CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Nestled amid beautiful lakes and hardwood forests, the Anne Springs Close Greenway℠ is a natural preserve more than twice the size of Central Park. Minutes south of Charlotte in Fort Mill, SC, its 2,100 acres serve as a natural buffer from urban development and provide a wide-open space for countless activities from hiking, biking and horseback riding to picnics, kayaking and more. Anne Springs is perfect for any occasion but it noted for its beautiful multipurpose wedding venues. The multi-use facilities and outdoor venues can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 1,000 attendees. Anne Springs Close Greenway strives to provide clients a comprehensive rental experience by offering catering options, rental item resources, team-building and recreational activities as add-ons. Here are some of the most popular venues at the greenway. They are:

 Founders Dairy Barn

One of the Greenways’ most popular venues. Downstairs accommodates more than 200 people seated. Lovely outdoor patio area can be tented and will accommodate an additional 200 people seated. Upstairs loft accommodates up to 300 people seated theater/wedding style.

Bob Reid Field Trial Barn

This popular site overlooks scenic rolling hills and enjoys a charmingly rustic atmosphere. Field Trial Barn accommodates up to 100 guests seated inside, 100 guests seated on the patio, or 200 guests standing inside and on the patio.

Comporium Amphitheater

This venue accommodates up to 1,000 guests on the property, 150 guests seated in front of Amphitheater stage, 300 guests seated on adjacent activities lawn that can also be tented. Amphitheater is within walking distance to the historic Dairy Barn.

Gibson House Lawn

Located next to the Gibson House, the Gibson House Lawn serves as a gorgeous outdoor site for timeless events. Overlooking the pond and fields, sit back and relax at the fire pit while the watching horses run. Venue accommodates 100 guests seated or 150 standing.

Historic Graham Cabin

This historic cabin can serve as a backdrop for ceremonies, speakers, or corporate events. The adjacent lawn allows for tented reception, dining or gathering space.

Bruce T. Rush Pavilion

This open-air shelter features a beautiful hardwood ceiling with a stone fireplace overlooking Lake Haigler.  Venue accommodates up to 75 guests at picnic style seating under shelter, or up to 100 guests seated under shelter with additional seating and tenting available to rent.
