Turducken Burger
Sausage Italian bulk 1lb
Turkey ground 1lb
Chicken ground 1lb
Duck confit* 8oz
Orange marmalade 8oz
Raspberry Jam 8oz
Procedure:
Combine turkey, duck, chicken and sausage in a bowl and mix by hand until well incorporated.
Patty out into 9/6oz burgers and place in refrigerator for a least an hour, preferably overnight.
In a separate bowl, combine the marmalade and jam, set aside for sauce after grilling.
Grill hamburgers normally until internal temp reaches 165°. Serve on your favorite hamburger bun, topping with the orange raspberry jam.
*duck confit – you can buy prepared duck leg confit of make your own, there are plenty of recipes out there.
