MOORESVILLE, N.C. – If you’re bummed out that you missed out on scoring Ricky Bobby’s Lake Norman home, you can still live the life of a NASCAR champion.
Former NASCAR champion Kurt Busch has listed his Mooresville mansion for sale. Busch’s massive 9,500-square foot home is listed for $3.9 million through Ivester Jackson Properties.
The listing describes the estate as a European-style all stone waterfront home with a cedar shake roof. It has an incredible view of Lake Norman complete with a private Grotto on lake level. Busch’s home, which was built in 2007, even has its own waterfall off the main level and a Jacuzzi, as well as four bedrooms and six baths. The home also includes an attached three-car garage.
In 2015, Busch showed off the fabulous home in a video called "Lake Life" with his sponsor Monster Energy.
Busch, the 2004 NASCAR champion, drives the No. 41 Ford for Stewart-Haas Racing in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. Busch has 29 career victories in NASCAR’s top series, including the 2017 Daytona 500.
