GASTONIA, N.C. — A German shepherd puppy that was stabbed during a domestic dispute is recovered and living in her forever home, Gastonia Police said.
Gastonia officers responded to a domestic situation at a home on June 9. When officers arrived, they found 2-month-old Clementine suffering from a stab wound. The German shepherd was stabbed in the back during the incident, police said.
Officers were able to rescue Clementine and brought her to a vet for emergency care. Now, over a month later, she's made a full recovery and is living with a brand new family who adopted her into their home.
