Forbes: Companies offering flexibility outperformed others in growing revenue

The report, released by Scoop, found the average public company that gives employees choice over whether to come into an office outperformed on revenue growth.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A new report found companies with flexible remote work policies outperform on revenue growth. Analysis by Forbes focused on the relationship between remote work policies and revenue growth.

This helps employees frustrated with return-to-office mandates: The argument for better productivity with remote work can now be coupled with this report.

The report, released by Scoop, found the average public company that gives employees choice over whether to come into an office also outperformed on revenue growth over the past three years.

That growth was by 16 percentage points compared to companies with more restrictive policies.
