Leasing begins at Camp North End's first apartment community

The two-building project at the popular Charlotte spot will bring 301 new apartments to the area.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — People can now officially apply for the first residential community at Camp North End. 

The two-building project at the popular Charlotte spot will bring 301 new apartments to the area. Prices start at $1,225.

“From its inception, our vision for Camp North End has been to cultivate an ecosystem of innovative companies, entrepreneurs and artisans, as well as a diverse array of retail offerings and residents,” Damon Hemmerdinger, co-president of ATCO Properties & Management, said. “The opening of Kinship East and Kinship West marks a pivotal moment as we welcome our first residents and evolve into a true 24/7 community.”

Move-ins are expected to begin in October.
