CONCORD, N.C -- Police have two young men in connection with the mid-April shooting death of a Concord teenager.
Concord Police arrested 20-year-old Elijah Joquez Bost and 18-year-old Jerrick Charmaine Grier on Wednesday and charged them both with one count each of first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
The victim, 19-year-old Treyvon Jermaine Burton, was outside of an apartment in the 100 block of Madison Avenue when he was shot and killed. First responders found Burton's body lying in the driveway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both Grier and Bost are in the process of being booked in to the Cabarrus County Jail.
