The third man, 28-year-old Demarcus O’Brian Foster, has been charged with possession of a pistol by a person convicted of a crime if violence, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of a violent policy, and possession of a stolen pistol.

According to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, Foster provided the revolver that Brandon Wheeler Reese used during a fatal game of Russian roulette.

On January 12, 2016, Reese was found dead in his truck as a result of a single gunshot wound to the right side of his head. Lakendrick Wade provided a statement to officials concerning Reese’s death.

Deputies say that Wade told them that Reese went to his home wanting to obtain a firearm. Reese then drove Wade and Johnson to Foster’s home. Foster stood outside the front passenger door of Reese’s truck and told Reese that if he successfully played Russian roulette with the revolver, he could have it. Wade said that Reese spun the cylinder once and pointed the revolver toward the truck’s floorboard. When Reese pointed the revolver at his head and pulled the trigger, it fired, killing him.
