Charlotte FD: House fire on Tuckaseegee Road was intentionally set

It took 30 firefighters about 30 minutes to control the fire.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Fire Department said a house fire on Tuckaseegee Road, not far from Ashley Road, was intentionally set. 

It took 30 firefighters about 30 minutes to control the fire Tuesday morning.

There were no reported injuries for firefighters or civilians, according to the department. 

No further information has been released about the investigation at this time.
