18-year-old stabbed in north Charlotte, CMPD says

The victim told police a person he knows stabbed him with a knife.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An 18-year-old was seriously hurt after being stabbed in Charlotte, according to a police report from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

It happened around 9:50 p.m. on Monday, on McAllister Drive, less than a mile away from Fred Alexander Park.

The victim told police a person he knows stabbed him with a knife. The incident may have been a domestic incident, according to the police report.

He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Medic.
