CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A local high school band director was charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor, according to police.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police charged West Charlotte High School's Band Director, Duncan Carl Gray, over the weekend.
Police haven’t released much info on the investigation or said whether they suspect inappropriate acts with other minors.
