SALISBURY, N.C. — Police are investigating a homicide that happened in a Salisbury neighborhood early Saturday morning, according to authorities.
The Salisbury Police Department said it was investigating along Ludwick Avenue near Reynolds Street. When police arrived, they found 39-year-old Maggie Clinding inside the home with injuries from an assault. Officers attempted to help Clinding, but she died at the scene.
