CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. – Marvin Jacob Lee was back in court Tuesday after additional charges were filed against him.
Lee is already facing a murder charge after authorities say he shot and killed 26-year-old Jefferson Lee Heavner during last week's snowstorm. On Tuesday, Lee was charged with four counts of attempted first-degree murder, as well as one count of discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle.
Lee was given a $1 million bond on the new charges, but does not have a bond on the murder charge.
Lee is scheduled to appear in court on the new charges February 15, 2016.
