ROCK HILL, S.C. — One person was injured after a shooting in Rock Hill over the weekend.
Around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Rock Hill Police responded to an apartment on Heather Square just off Celanese Road after reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found the victim, a 22-year-old man.
The victim told police that Valentino Scarborough shot him in the hand during an argument. The victim also had a graze wound on his forearm.
The victim was treated for his injuries, which police said were minor.
Scarborough, 58, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
