ST. STEPHENS, S.C. -- The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office issued an Amber Alert for a missing child and her mother Monday morning.
Authorities say Telly Darnell McClam, 36, abducted 17-year-old LeAndre' Shalaunti Deare Jenkins and her mother, 36-year-old Deandrene W. McHoney from two separate locations on Monday morning.
At 3:11 Monday afternoon, South Carolina's Law Enforcement Division notified media that both victims had been found safely.
The Associated Press reports that both mom and daughter were recovered after McClam crashed his car and fled on foot.
McClam is still not in custody.

LeAndre' is described as 5-foot-five, weighing 180 pounds with burgundy hair and brown eyes. It's not known what she was wearing, as officials say she was getting dressed from school. Authorities say LeAndre was abducted from the 900 block of Pepper Hill Way in St. Stephens, South Carolina.
Her mother, McHoney, is described as 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
The suspect, McClam, was last seen leaving the scene of an incident in the 200 block of Grass Lane in St. Stephens. Officials say he was heading towards Highway 52 in a blue 2000 Hyundai Accent-AGL with SCTags DII 404.
McClam is described as 5-foot-11, weighing 250 pounds with brown eyes and a bald head.
Police say McClam and McHoney have dated in the past.
The Associated Press reports McClam was sentenced to 15 years in prison in 1999 after pleading guilty to burglary and second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was released from prison in March of 2012.
St. Stephens, South Carolina, is about 150 miles southeast of Charlotte.
