MONROE, N.C. — A missing 14-year-old girl from Monroe, North Carolina has been found, according to the Monroe Police Department. A registered sex offender has been arrested in connection with her disappearance.
Stephen John Miller is charged with felonious restraint, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and traffic violations. He is also being charged with failure to report a change in address.
