CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A woman flying from Los Angeles to Charlotte on a US Airways flight is accused of assaulting a government official.
Officers responded to the airport Tuesday for the investigation.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says Felicia Muniz-Caster, 28, was disruptive and disorderly during the flight, and was removed and banned from US Airways property.
Police say she refused to leave, resisted arrest and assaulted an officer during the incident.
She is charged with trespassing, assaulting a government official and for being intoxicated and disruptive.
