Officials investigate death in south Charlotte, Medic says

Medic responded to the scene after a person died in south Charlotte on Saturday. Medic said it happened around 3 p.m. along Southwold Drive, just off Nations Ford Road near South Tryon Street. The victim was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
