CORNELIUS, N.C. — The Cornelius Police Department is searching for three people accused of stealing multiple guns.
It happened Monday morning, just before 3 a.m. Police said three people broke into The Range at Lake Norman, which is a Cornelius shooting range on Bailey Road. The three people are accused of stealing guns, then leaving in a white Nissan Rogue.
The vehicle, which did not have a displayed license plate, arrived at the shooting range on Old Statesville Road and left heading north toward Davidson before heading toward Interstate 77.
The police department is asking anyone with information on the investigation to call police at 704-892-1363.
