SALISBURY, N.C. — A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 71-year-old man in Salisbury last month.
Salisbury Police announced that 21-year-old Tai Alexander Mosley turned himself into Concord Police Tuesday for his role in the shooting of Emerson Roebuck. Mosley was charged with first-degree murder and robbery. He's being held in Rowan County without bond.
On November 15, 17-year-old Ronald Dashawn Pruitt and 16-year-old Kenyatta Raphalle Benton were charged with murder in connection with Roebuck's death.
Investigators said that Roebuck was found after he was shot on West Kerr Street on October 19. He was rushed to a hospital where he later died. Roebuck's death was the second homicide of 2019 in Salisbury.
