CONOVER, N.C. — The Catawba County Sheriff's Office was looking for a missing man who has now been found.

Authorities were searching for the 80-year-old man, and a North Carolina Missing Endangered Adult alert was sent out on Saturday. However, at the request of the sheriff's office, the alert was canceled.

Since the alert has been canceled, WCNC Charlotte has removed his name and photo from this article.

The man's condition is unknown at this time.
