CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police says a child nearly drowned in west Charlotte Saturday afternoon.
CMPD says first responders arrived at a scene in the 2300 block of Farmer Street to respond to a possible drowning call.
Medic says the child was transported to CMC for serious injuries. Police said CPR was not performed on the child at the scene.
