CHESTER, S.C. — The Chester County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in locating a missing 5-year-old.
The child, Christian Hall, was last seen on March 7.
He is described as having dark brown hair and eyes, and is a little over 3 feet tall.
Hall is non-verbal and autistic, according to the Sheriff's office. He weighs about 40-50 pounds.
Hall was last seen with his mother, Deandrea Smith. Sheriff Max Dorsey told WCNC Charlotte Saturday that the county's Department of Social Services was supposed to take Hall in early March and had been trying to reach Smith.
Dorsey said DSS reported Hall as missing on Thursday, April 11. He also said no family members had seen Hall or Smith since early March.
Chester County asks anyone with information to call the sheriff's office at (803) 385-5433.
