CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One person was killed in south Charlotte after being hit by a car, Medic said on Sunday.
The crash happened on Providence Road near Fairview Road. Medic posted an alert about the incident around 3 p.m.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's name has not been released at this time.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has not said if they are investigating at this time. It's unclear if anyone will be charged at this time.
