RANDLEMAN, N.C. -- Fire crews responded to a two-alarm blaze at Richard Petty's garage.
A spokesperson for Richard Petty says the fire broke out Saturday afternoon at the historical site of Petty Enterprises, which is now currently the Petty's Garage and Richard Petty Museum.
The fire was contained to a portion of the building, and there is minimal damage to the structure.
No injuries were reported.
The spokesperson said the Garage plans to be open at normal schedule on Monday.
No trophies, cars, or other valuables were lost in the fire. Officials say the fire was contained to one room which had minor smoke and water damage.
Investigators have not determined the cause of the fire as of yet.
