CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Former NBC Charlotte anchor Chris Justice was on Capitol Hill for the opening prayer in front of the U.S. senate Thursday.
Justice worked for NBC Charlotte for 12 years, but left in 2008 to become the pastor of the 2,300-member Lee Park Church in Monroe.
Justice was invited to D.C. by North Carolina's U.S. senator Thom Tillis.
