Gastonia Police looking for fatal hit-and-run suspect

The police department is asking for the public's help identifying the truck involved.

GASTONIA, N.C. — The Gastonia Police Department is asking for the public's help in looking for the suspect in a fata hit-and-run crash 

The driver of a truck hit 60-year-old David Bolin, police said.

It happened around 10 p.m. on May 11 on East Franklin Boulevard in Gastonia. 

Bolin died later.

The truck police are seeking should have damage on driver door, at the mirror. It is described as two-tone blue over silver.

Anyone who sees the truck is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-861-8000.
