GASTONIA, N.C. -- Police are investigating a shooting in Gastonia Friday afternoon.
According to NBC Charlotte's Brandon Goldner, the shooting took place on West 5th Avenue in Gastonia. Police said one person was hospitalized after they were shot in the neck.
Officials did not say if a suspect has been identified in the case.
