CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — A deadly crash in Cabarrus County is under investigation by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on I-85 near exit 59. NC SHP said the crash was deadly but did not specify how many people died in the crash.
I-85 was closed for several hours in the area after the crash. It's unclear how many cars were involved in the crash.
