GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — The Gaston County Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a Belmont man.
Andrew Douglas Tench, 31, was last seen by his family on March 24 around 11:30 p.m. leaving his home in Belmont for Charlotte in a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, police said.
The vehicle was later found abandoned in Monroe, according to officers.
Tench is described as a white male, standing at approximately five feet, five inches and weighing about 135 lbs, police said. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt.
