HICKORY, N.C. — An alert for a missing 89-year-old man was canceled on Wednesday.
The man was reported missing in Hickory, according to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons. The alert was canceled at the request of the Hickory Police Department.
Officials did not specify why the alert was canceled. No more information was released.
