He was last seen along Blake Road, but phone pings suggested he is in Darlington, South Carolina.

He went missing along Blake Road recently, and police say he may live with a cognitive impairment. While his exact direction of travel wasn't known, the department says his phone pings indicated he may have been in Darlington, South Carolina.
