Missing Statesville teen safely back home, police say

She was last seen on Sept. 22, 2023.

STATESVILLE, N.C. — The Statesville Police Department says a teen that previously hadn't been seen since late September is now safe at home.

The teen was reportedly last seen Sept. 22, 2023, but her disappearance wasn't shared until Oct. 31. On Nov. 1, 2023, the department updated a social media post to indicate she was back home with family and is safe.
