Tega Cay woman found safe

The missing woman has Alzheimer's and was located safely.

TEGA CAY, S.C. — The Tega Cay Police Department has located a woman who went missing on Monday.

A 72-year-old woman who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, was last seen on Monday evening around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Larkspur Way in Tega Cay, South Carolina.

She was last seen wearing grey leggings and a red, green and white shirt. She is 5'2" and has grey and red hair. She has a heart tattoo on her left chest.

She was found late Monday night.
