CMPD needs help finding missing woman, two children

Markayla Johnson and her two children were last seen on Orchard Trace Lane near Reagan Drive.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Charlotte woman and her two children.

The mother, 22-year-old Markayla Johnson and her two children, 4-year-old Miracle Johnson and 7-month-old Messiah Johnson were last seen on Orchard Trace Lane near Reagan Drive in northeast Charlotte.

Johnson has not spoken to her family and they are concerned.

Right now, it is unknown when Johnson and her children were last seen or what they were wearing at the time, police say.

Police are asking anyone with information about where Johnson and her children may be should call 911 immediately.
