Two men stole from a store and forced a person out of a truck before stealing it, according to the Gaston County Police Department.

MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. — The Gaston County Police Department is asking the public for help identifying two suspects in an armed robbery that happened in Mount Holly.

Police responded to an armed robbery call at a store on 1000 West Catawba Avenue on Oct. 9.

Two Hispanic males were seen on security cameras entering the store and robbing the owners of cash, checks and cell phones, police said. They said the pair left the store, forced a person out of his white 2004 Nissan Titan and drove away in the truck.

The first suspect is described as a man in his late thirties or early forties. He appears to have a tattoo on the inside of his left hand and another across his left knuckles. Witnesses also reported seeing a tattoo on the left side of the suspect’s neck, possibly a word beginning with the letters “M” and “I," police said.
