CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- More than 2,000 people are without power in east Charlotte after a vehicle damaged equipment.
Duke Energy reports that a total of 2,329 customers are impacted by the outage. The incident started at 6:14 a.m. and is expected to be fixed by 9:00 a.m.
